So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

You were fantastic. I realised the person who the flowers were for was away until a different day. Your flowers and teddy were fabulous value for money and very well received. I wasn't sure what the quality of the teddy would be but my friend said it is amazing and soft so I was thrilled. The price point was so much better than other companies and loved that it was same day delivery

Website is very easy to navigate. a As I am outside of Australian some websites are more difficult to order from. Communication by email was also very efficient

They went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered. I was contacted because they realised it was a delivery to a block of flats (this was 2 days prior to the delivery date) they asked for the recipients info so they could reach out to her if no one answered on delivery day. How thoughtful!!! My friend was delighted either way her birthday bouquet too. Thank you so much!!!

I asked for the delivery driver to specifically drop the flowers off to her door because they would get stolen in the foyer and he left them in the foyer, they were also discoloured and looked quite sad if I’m honest

This isn't quite the bouquet I was imagining. There's lots of greenery and not too many flowers. I thought it would be nicer than this for the money.
