So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I was very happy with the service provided. The flowers sent were exactly as those chosen from the website and it was all a nice surprise for my friend who as it turns out, had had a bad day that day. I had concerns with the delivery in the event it may get stolen - especially during this period, however , all went well with no issues. Thank you so much “flowers across Sydney!”

We chose Dainty arrangement from the Internet pictures and although we enlarged it, we didn’t realise it had chocolates and scrunched cellophane in the box. This was so embarrassing for us, as it was a sympathy delivery, and there was no advice about the arrangement when we phoned. Very upset about this.

I really appreciated the emails I received alerting me that the flowers I ordered were on their way with an estimated arrival time and then another email telling me that they had been delivered. Natalie was fantastic in helping me decide which bouquet to have delivered for my sister's Birthday. To my surprise I was able to request her favourite colour 💜. I also ove the way you can track where the driver is before he arrives at your destination. I would highly recommend you start using Flower across Sydney for all your flower needs. The chat support was really helpful in answering my questions as well as correcting information that I wanted to be changed. I am not from Australia but they were able to accommodate me properly with the proposed time of delivery I gave. Thank you so much for that. The order was placed carefully by the delivery man and the florist prepared the best flower combination for my order. Although it's summer, I wanted to give flowers for my significant other and was successful as she was satisfied and happy with what she received.
