How great is the florist! Received most gorgeous Remembrance Day wreath. Florist was unable to do gerberas so substituted with red roses and it looked magnificent. This florist was amazing with keeping us in the loop via email with changes to order etc. Arrived on time and was greatly received. Thanks so much.

Really good service. I ordered from the UK for family living in Australia so it was great to be able to do everything on the website regardless of time difference. Flowers were beautiful and delivery was good. Very good value.

It was my first experience hiring services in an international environment. I was very concerned because I am in Brazil and I was hiring services to be performed in Australia, almost 14,000km away and with a 14-hour time difference. Everything went well, flowers were delivered last Saturday at the previously scheduled time! I would like to thank the entire FAS team for the excellent work they did.

It is my first time using Flowers Across Sydney and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, price, ease of use and the reliability. I liked how I was able to browse the range online, know its exact price, had an option to amend my bouquet to florist pick/seasons best and option to create my own bouquet which not many online florists provide. I liked how I was able to choose a delivery date and could track my delivery and message the driver if needed. I received a photo of the bouquet from the driver once delivered which was great. Flowers were beautiful and fresh, and delivery was quick and reliable (I paid a little extra to get express delivery). Will be choosing Flowers Across Sydney again, keep up the good work! Thank you

Great service especially for same day delivery, just a heads up, it was a hot day and the roses arrived a bit warm & starting to wilter, nothing major but if it was a hotter day or longer delivery it is something to consider.

A big thank you for arranging an additional delivery when I had provided the wrong house number. Jess was in touch straight away by phone and email and arranged a new delivery very quickly. The recipient loved the flowers, and it has been a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I paid an extra $9.00 for the flowers to be delivered before 2.00pm. They were delivered after 3.00pm. Bit disappointed with that

An item in my order was unavailable on the day and contact was made via phone and email with a substitute offered or the chance to choose another item of similar value. I was happy with the substitute offered, so no further contact required. Items received promptly and my friend was happy with her birthday gift.
