Some of the flowers were diseased and sadly the bunch was much smaller than the image lead me to believe. I also paid extra for an earlier delivery. Although they turned up before the cut off time for an "early" delivery, it was only just before. Kind of made paying extra a waste of money considering. They were also just left, no knock at the door, no interaction of arrival. Had I not been in the next room on the phone I would not have known they turned up. Finally, having some experience with flowers, I was disappointed at how quickly these ones died. It would have been nice if they could of at least lasted a week.

I live in England and you were recommended to me by my son (also in England) as he has used you a number of times over the last couple of years to send flowers to his girlfriend who lives in Sydney. I was impressed with the choice of flowers on your website and the value for money. The flowers I sent were lovely. Well packaged.Delivery was on time. Recipient was very pleased to receive them and sent me a photo. I will be using you again.

Great price. Loved I could pick a smaller flower arrangement, it looks really beautiful and special. Very well presented, and flowers were stunning! Flower arrangement looked exactly like it did on the picture.

It was a very nice service, great pricing with high quality. I would like to recommend two things, in Chocolate arrangements list adding more choices including wine would be good for combo box. Second, with this professional operation, prices, quality and customer engagement it will be great if you open a local branch in more states, coz this is very cool brand. Thanks

The delivery guy left the flowers on the building lobby, not in the door, no matter that I recommended to deliver on the door... so the person has to run to the lobby so the flowers were not lost or damage on floor...

The flowers received on the other end were not the flowers ordered. The name of sender was not given. The recipient did not accept the gift without the senders name!!!!!! Only when much later I rang did she accept the gift. Very disappointing service. You played games with a very sentimental relationship and sentimental gift. The least you can do is return the money and more.
