The staff on the phone were very courteous and knowledgeable when I had a question about a plant. When I rang to say I am in the middle of placing an order but have run out of characters they let me email my full message. For some reason my name did not appear at the bottom of the email, they emailed me back querying that and luckily added it to the card. I asked for a photo before it was sent and they complied, the plant looked healthy and beautifully presented. Extremely happy with the service I received Julie

Hi, I purchased 7 bunches and a couple of bunches didn't look too good, the flowers were not fresh. I purchased a vase but that vase didn't go well with the bunch of flowers! I know that was what I have chosen but please take the initiative to make the purchase look good. The communication was great. If you could improve on the font you use for the messages it would look heaps better.
