If possible, please ensure patient hasn't been discharged early (Hospital reception may be able to help). If the patient has been discharged we would be happy to arrange re-delivery to a residential home address, but we will need to pass on the additional courier charges.

If the patient is in intensive care the hospital may not be able to accept flowers. A quick call to hospital reception should help. If they don't accept flower deliveries it may be best to wait to send flowers once the patient is moved out of intensive care.
