It was a challenge to find a florist that would deliver on a Sunday. Even those that came up in my searches turned out not to operate on Sundays. All went very smoothly and my client was delighted with the result. Karen

I received a picture of where the flowers were dropped off & this was not the correct reception delivery point ay Yarra Bay Sailing Club. I had my sister search all flowers delivered into the reception area & mine were not to be found. I was excited as the flowers were beautifully displayed on your site; these were for my closest friend who passed away - so you can imagine my disappointment. I was too emotional to call or complain I simply will not purchase from your site again I have attached the picture, but whoever that was delivered to it was not handed to the clubs reception

I loved your tracking app... flowers were for my bestie after the death of her father... your website gave me an opportunity to select flowers that were not like a funeral... Thanks for really good service. I definitely value weekend delivery, it was really needed. It was also good that even provided optional recipient phone was called before the delivery (although, sry, no answer). Disappointed by the size of the bouquet, $60 for a total of 4 flowers. Absolute rip off will not be recommending to anyone and in fact will ensure to recommend other places above this.

You had the biggest box of chocolates which is what I needed because I was sending flowers to a hospital ward

I'm absolutely delighted with the orchid plant I ordered for my friend and she sent me photos showing me how gorgeous the orchid plant truly is! Thank you so much! I paid extra for the delivery to be delivered before 20m and it was delivered at 12.15! She loved her orchid plant and also the extra bidywaah and body lotion I added! Thank you - you are just lovely people to order from!

I've never spent almost $100 on flowers before, iv spent $50 and got the same kind of bunch but it is what it is , but 💯 on delivery can not go wrong, that's why spending the money is worth it

As with most email flower services you never quite know what the item will look like on delivery. That said your service and delivery were exemplary. And Candice loved them. Thank you very.much.

There was an option to choose the flower "as pictured", which i did. But the actual bouquet was all yellow instead of bright orange with a smattering of yellow. The bouquet ended up looking much plainer than the photo. This is a major sore point. If not for this, everything else was 10/10.
