The driver left the flowers in the lobby of an apartment building, didn’t even try and call my friend - never again will I order flowers from this website. What if someone took the flowers?!

We paid for a large orchid and obviously it was not a large orchid for the money we paid it was very poor and very disappointing. I grow orchids and this is embarrassing to send to my sister in law as a gesture of sympathy for the loss of her brother

I think the ease of service and prompt delivery was excellent. I tried other websites but yours was the easiest to navigate. As a dyslexic this is important I think the quantities of flowers was low for the price. My friend was delighted with the gift. Thank you.

This was a very rewarding experience - Flowers Across Sydney did everything right, and then some. They were professional, used attention to detail, did what they said they'd do, and the recipient of the ordered product assured me it was lovely, and made her immediately feel the benefit. I ordered from England to be delivered to my daughter who lives in Sydney - she was thrilled with the flowers and the bath bomb. I also got slightly confused with dates because of the time difference, but had no problem changing it on line and promptly received a confirmation email, which was re assuring. Flowers in Australia are more expensive than England I know realise - hence the reason for 8 for value for money

Not happy with condition of flowers most of the flowers looked half dead not fresh at all. They were for my daughters birthday last Saturday and she put them with the other flowers and they looked very old the ones she received a couple of days were much fresher I saw the flowers today after I saw them yesterday they looked so bad I was very embarrassed giving them to her. I will not use or recommend you to anyone. I hope the wine I brought is okay. I’ve never had flowers delivered before in such a state I would have thrown them out if they were given to me very disappointed
