An item in my order was unavailable on the day and contact was made via phone and email with a substitute offered or the chance to choose another item of similar value. I was happy with the substitute offered, so no further contact required. Items received promptly and my friend was happy with her birthday gift.

I ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s 30th birthday from the UK and the whole process was very easy. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and they made my daughter’s birthday very special. Would definitely use you for future orders.

Flowers were as website showed which I was pleased about but they were expensive on comparison to Calling a local florist and they do a much bigger arrangement for the same value.

The flowers could’ve been packed in a nicer way. It wasn’t how I saw them on the website. But a little better packing would’ve made a difference and made it more appealing.
