Natalie at Flowers across Sydney is amazing. I had to redirect my flowers as I found out that my recipient was in hospital after the flower delivery had left with the courier. She organised my order to be remade the next day & sent them to the hospital. Great service & communication & beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. I will always use this company to send flowers & would recommend them the best in Sydney.

Very sadly the bunch I ordered (florists choice) was not nice at all...It did not look arranged, more slung together, the florists taste was very random...Very disappointed.. The delivery was quick and I have had a response from your team....But needless to say I would certainly not order the florists choice or recommend it.

I was thrilled that when my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement I had ordered, it looked exactly as it did on the website. Very happy also with the ordering procedure online, ability to pay by PAYPAL and the email advising me that it had been delivered.

The team at Flowers Across Sydney, were amazing from the moment I placed the order until after delivery. In addition to flowers and balloons, I also ordered a bottle of wine which required an over 18 yr old to accept delivery. The teams communication was excellent, especially as I’d made the purchase from the UK. The recipient was going to be out for most of the day, so they arranged for the driver to call her to ensure delivery. I received confirmation that my gift had been received, via an automated message but also via a personal email confirming the wine had been successfully delivered along with the flowers. The recipient sent me a photo of the gift, and the flower arrangement was absolutely stunning! I’ll definitely be ordering from FAS again.

I ordered the flowers in the morning and they were delivered at 5.02 pm the same day. The flowers were just as pictured online and I ordered a vase which was perfect.

I was really impressed with the communication regarding delivery. You kindly delivered a fresh arrangement when the first delivery attempt failed . One suggestion was that the drop down colour selection tool was a bit vague. Suggest the first one is “same colours as picture” Will definitely order in the future. Fantastic communication regarding delivery .
