Disappointed as quite a few flowers dead and smaller arrangements than expected

Had a wonderful experience, we were trying to get flowers and snacks sent to a friend in hospital and they kept checking his status in the ICU and delivered it to him as soon as he moved wards. It made the process very easy and I understand that it is a time consuming thing for them to do but really makes a difference in that time that the recipient needs it. Communication was an amazing, thanks again!

I find that the flowers delivered is not as par as advertised on the website. I understand there could be some variations but it looks like there were less flowers. People like us who lives overseas rely mostly on what we see and what the seller is advertising or has promise to deliver.
