Firstly there was an error on the address it was to go to even after i spelt out the name of the street. I had to ring back to amend incase there was a difficulty in delivering. It was my aunty 90th birthday so i did not want a problem with delivery. I was advised a photo of proof of delivery would be sent to my email address along with the bill. which i did not receive.

The flowers were lovely, and my daughter appreciated that none of the lilies had already bloomed when she received them. I included the chocolate sticks in the arrangement, and they were a lovely surprise.

Flowers were fresh and delivered quickly however as you can see from the 2 photos the flower arrangement I ordered bare little resemblance to the flowers sent. I felt the arrangement sent had little artistic skill compared to what I picked from your website. Quite disappointed!
