An unexpected death, i jumped online and with 4 hours the most beautiful flowers were delivered and hour away from me. They were exactly like the picture. Thank you for making a terrible day just that little brighter.

Thank you very much! My partner loveddd the arrangement. Especially noting the kind team member that notified me directly about the placement of the delivery. I was able to collect immediately and safely. Only if I was being picky, I’d love to see the message card remade to be a little more cuter. But otherwise 10/10 experience.

I found online and was impressed by how quickly the flowers were delivered, they were stunning and in great condition, i could track the delivery and was sent a photo when they were delivered. Will use again - very impressed!

This is my second time ordering from Flowers Across Sydney, the first was for Valentine’s day, and the second for my partner’s birthday. This flowershop is very responsive, and their team is great at accommodating requests. They promptly respond to enquiries, and the ordering process is straightforward. Despite being 2,000 miles away, I had no issues ordering and having the flowers delivered to my partner in Sydney. Highly recommended 5/5!!

The delivery driver was dressed in full Muslim attire and was talking on the phone very angrily. The owner of the house became too frightened to open the door. She waited till he left before opening the door to get the flowers. This is not acceptable behaviour. The flowers themselves were very nice but your delivery not so much. He needs to change his attitude or you need a new driver.

If you can offer if possible gifts for men as well, else what your company offers and delivers is second to none.

I was disappointed that the delivery guy had left the flowers at the doorstep and didn’t even ring the bell or knock at the door. I specifically asked in my comment that they delivered in person to someone at the address. Also would have been ni w if the flowers were a little more open on delivery as I wonder sometimes they will fully open when closed buds as in the fresias.

Have more 'living plants' In your choices ... as I wanted peace lillies but was told they were of poor quality that day and given kalanchoe (succulents) as an alternative. Far from similar.

Hi Team The order experience is great and flowers arrived on time. But the quality of the flowers are bad, the photo attached appears okay but in the reality the flowers were completely different. The petals were wilted, the colors were dull, very disappointing and unacceptable.

My shopping experience was amazing. The website has a very clear purchasing process and allows you to easily edit your order. I bought directly from Brazil for a friend who lives there. Tks!!
