I was pleasantly surprised by how well you managed to put together a delivery of some beautiful Roses within a very short time on Saturday afternoon for delivery on Sunday. Initially I was not sure that you could make the delivery, but you not ony did so but also provided for me a tracking map that allowed me to see when you would actually deliver the flowers. And the most important issue - the recipient loved the flowers!😇

The order was for pastel flowers but as you can see from the photo orange flowers were included which, I believe, spoilt the whole look of the arrangement. Very disappointed to be honest.

You gave me an estimated time which was good, but your company out did my expectation, my friend received her flowers around 2.30 which was great.

Thank you very much! My partner loveddd the arrangement. Especially noting the kind team member that notified me directly about the placement of the delivery. I was able to collect immediately and safely. Only if I was being picky, I’d love to see the message card remade to be a little more cuter. But otherwise 10/10 experience.

I found online and was impressed by how quickly the flowers were delivered, they were stunning and in great condition, i could track the delivery and was sent a photo when they were delivered. Will use again - very impressed!

This is my second time ordering from Flowers Across Sydney, the first was for Valentine’s day, and the second for my partner’s birthday. This flowershop is very responsive, and their team is great at accommodating requests. They promptly respond to enquiries, and the ordering process is straightforward. Despite being 2,000 miles away, I had no issues ordering and having the flowers delivered to my partner in Sydney. Highly recommended 5/5!!

The delivery driver was dressed in full Muslim attire and was talking on the phone very angrily. The owner of the house became too frightened to open the door. She waited till he left before opening the door to get the flowers. This is not acceptable behaviour. The flowers themselves were very nice but your delivery not so much. He needs to change his attitude or you need a new driver.

If you can offer if possible gifts for men as well, else what your company offers and delivers is second to none.
