I ordered a lovely bouquet for an ailing friend in the hospital. I left instruction for the florist to please call the hospital to confirm the room for delivery, since I was out of state and couldn’t confirm. Not only did the florist call the hospital, she also followed up with me to let me know my friend was in ICU where they wouldn’t accept the flower delivery; would I like to cancel the order or prefer they keep calling to confirm her room? It took just over a week, but the flowers were delivered, and it put a smile on my friend’s face. Flowers Across Sydney went above and beyond, IMO. Highly recommended.

I remotely ordered flower in the morning and requested to deliver same day, and it happened on time. Order process was simple. The flower looks beautiful and the price is reasonable. Happy to recommend Flower Accross Sydney.

It was a challenge to find a florist that would deliver on a Sunday. Even those that came up in my searches turned out not to operate on Sundays. All went very smoothly and my client was delighted with the result. Karen

I received a picture of where the flowers were dropped off & this was not the correct reception delivery point ay Yarra Bay Sailing Club. I had my sister search all flowers delivered into the reception area & mine were not to be found. I was excited as the flowers were beautifully displayed on your site; these were for my closest friend who passed away - so you can imagine my disappointment. I was too emotional to call or complain I simply will not purchase from your site again I have attached the picture, but whoever that was delivered to it was not handed to the clubs reception

Thanks for really good service. I definitely value weekend delivery, it was really needed. It was also good that even provided optional recipient phone was called before the delivery (although, sry, no answer). Disappointed by the size of the bouquet, $60 for a total of 4 flowers. Absolute rip off will not be recommending to anyone and in fact will ensure to recommend other places above this.
