Ordered just after 7am and the recipient received the flowers and gift just after 9am that same morning, now that’s service, highly recommend.

So impressed with the next morning delivery even when I ordered at 10pm at night. The native bouquet was stunning as well.

I LOVED your service. The flowers, teddy and card and delivery bag was GORGEOUS. Only thing that was a negative for me was the flowers were left out the front. They were expecting them and noone knocked. Otherwise thanks guys.

The flowers have nearly Totally died already by Wednesday (delivered Saturday). They have been in water the whole time with the packet of powder supplied. This is quite disappointing that they last such a short time.

I previously received flowers through FAS and they last for ages, about a month! My friend sent photos of the flowers I sent her and they were just gorgeous. Really lovely and great value for money. Would definitely order again!

The flower quality, ease and speed of delivery were all fantastic. Unfortunately the note I wrote for my girlfriend didn’t make it with the delivery however and she spent quite a bit of time trying to work out who’s it was (she doesn’t live alone) this was the only fault and why my feedback hadn’t been perfect 10’s

The flowers were sent on the same day I ordered, I was able to check where the courier was at all times and also leave notes for them like please leave at the door etc

Arranged flower delivery from overseas and the process via the website was so easy to use and understand. I was kept updated from the time the flowers were being arranged right down to delivery. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Good value & a lovely product. Staff were helpful. The only slight downside was how long it took for the order to be delivered (I think it was around 7pm). I understand the delivery method keeps costs down, but it was a long wait. Happy overall with the experience.

The flowers I ordered were packed poorly, the end result did not look like the advertisement. Many flowers were limp and floppy. Very disappointing as they were for my mother.
