Natalie was fantastic in helping me decide which bouquet to have delivered for my sister's Birthday. To my surprise I was able to request her favourite colour 💜. The chat support was really helpful in answering my questions as well as correcting information that I wanted to be changed. I am not from Australia but they were able to accommodate me properly with the proposed time of delivery I gave. Thank you so much for that. The order was placed carefully by the delivery man and the florist prepared the best flower combination for my order. Although it's summer, I wanted to give flowers for my significant other and was successful as she was satisfied and happy with what she received. Everything on the website was super easy to use and I really appreciated the tracking for the delivery but I wasn’t completely happy with the flowers for the price I paid. There was a missing carnation (only 1, not 2 as stated) and it looked quite empty compared to the image used on the website..

In all honesty I was a little disappointed with the look of the arrangement which were for our Daughters 40 th . She sent us several photos and they appeared wilted and instead of bright colours , they were gaudy . We were supposed to travel to Sydney to be with her for her Birthday but a family emergency prevented this which made the flower arrangement even more important .
