So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

It was so easy to order. Flowers arrived and they looked beautiful. The driver took a photo of the flowers so you could see it and there was gps tracking. Also appreciate that I could quickly edit my message after I placed the order. Will definitely order again!

Everything went well from ordering and the enquire I put through the chat as I was worried the flowers would not be delivered as the address was inside an over 55 estate. The flowers were delivered same day, great service

The picture shown where the person holding the flowers for reference is misleading. Also the delivery person put the flowers in front of the door and they couldn’t open the door to get the flowers without knocking them over.

The picture of the flowers I chose were not what I expected. They were tiny. Very disappointed with the delivery service. I specifically told the driver to ring on the bell, yet he just dumped them at the front and drove off without ringing the bell. It was almost 4pm when they were delivered, when the day was gone. Not satisfied with this service. Probably will not be using this service again.

I purchased some beautiful flowers, chocolates and a balloon to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. Everything from ordering to delivery was perfect, I can not fault it. My mother was so over the moon when she got them. Thank you for your wonderful service. I will be back again, that is for sure!

I love the flowers the florist picked. They are gorgeous and well-prepared. The water pocket at the bottom keeps the flowers watered, ensuring that the bouquet is safe and the flowers will last. The card, the whole arrangement, top-notch and beautiful. 100/10 will order flowers again from them. Ty <3

Ordering through the website was a breeze but the expected output of the flowers was not up to standard. It looked too small compared to the photos uploaded and it was difficult to actually gauge the product since I didn’t see any actual photo and feedback from customers who have bought from here.

The delivery update by email was great. Also the photos the driver sent with picture of house and flowers was great to see it was delivered to the correct property.

The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they were exactly as depicted on your website which didn't happen when I used another online florist. Very happy and very good value
